Obverse description Right-facing draped bust of Ferdinand VII in military uniform, bare-headed, occupying the central field. The circumferential legend reads FERDIN · VII · D · G · HISP · E · IND · R · with the date below the bust. The effigy is rendered in the neoclassical style characteristic of early 19th-century Spanish colonial coinage, with fine detail in the drapery and facial features. A milled border frames the entire design.
