Obverse description Cross of Jerusalem in the center field, formed by four equal arms, with the castles of Castile and the lions of León alternating in the four quadrants, each within a tressure. The cross divides the field into four sections in the characteristic macuquina (cob) style, with an irregular, hand-struck flan. Portions of a beaded border are visible along the coin's uneven periphery, typical of hammered cob coinage of the Lima Mint.

Reverse description Royal crowned shield of the Spanish Habsburg arms at center, flanked by the denomination numeral '2' to the left and the assayer's initial to the right, with the mint mark 'L' (Lima) and 'P' visible in the field. A crowned royal orb or pillars device appears above the shield, with partial legend around the periphery of the irregular flan. The design elements are characteristic of the macuquina cob coinage struck under Felipe V at the Lima Mint, with the die impression offset on the roughly shaped planchet.
