Reverse description Central motif consists of a bold Jerusalem-style cross potent within a double beaded circular border, with decorative foliate or trefoil ornaments at each quadrant of the inner circle, forming a quatrefoil frame around the cross. The surrounding Latin legend HISPANIARVM · REX · reads along the periphery, with the date 1610 prominently placed at the top of the field. The entire design is contained within a beaded rim consistent with the roller-milled coinage of Segovia.
