Reverse description A displayed imperial eagle with spread wings dominates the central field, bearing on its breast a large quartered Spanish royal shield encompassing the arms of Castile, León, Aragon, and Granada. The eagle's head is crowned and the wings are finely detailed in the hammered style. The shield is flanked by the eagle's wings and surrounded by a beaded inner circle. A Latin legend encircles the entire design within the outer border.
