Reverse description An ornate plumed and crested tournament helmet displayed above a small shield of arms set within elaborate foliate and acanthus mantling, all rendered in the Renaissance decorative idiom. A pair of scales (representing Justice) rises above the helmet, with the ruler's initials 'L T' flanking the scales in the upper field. The entire heraldic composition occupies the central field within an inner beaded circle. The Latin moral legend, invoking the principle of rendering to each what is his own, runs continuously around the outer border.
