The central field carries the denomination ΔΡΑΧΜΑΙ ΔΥΟ in bold letters beneath the bank title ΙΟΝΙΚΗ ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ LIMITED across the top, with a handwritten date and a serial number above the central guilloche ornament. Manuscript signatures of the Secretary of the Board and the Bank Cashier appear below the central device, with the Bradbury Wilkinson & Co. imprint along the lower border.

背面描述	The Greek royal coat of arms is set within a circular frame surmounted by a crown at centre, flanked by two standing allegorical figures. The numeral 2 occupies each corner within decorative guilloche panels, and a repeating border of ΔΥΟ / ΔΡΑΧΜΑΙ runs along all four edges. Two symmetrical panels of cautionary text in Greek appear to either side of the central arms, warning against forgery and counterfeiting.
