Reverse description A personification of the wind, depicted as a putto or wind-god facing right, blowing a forceful gust from pursed lips through a fan of radiating lines representing the breath of air, driving clouds leftward across the field above. The allegorical device alludes to the motto below and reflects the Farnese imprese tradition. The mint mark P appears in the lower field, and the date 1612 is incorporated into the circumferential Latin legend, which is contained within a beaded border.
