The legend SINGAPORE 2010 arcs along the upper rim, with YOUTH OLYMPIC GAMES inscribed along the lower border of the inner disc. Flanking the central motif on either side of the copper-nickel ring are coloured figures of the two official mascots, Lyo and Merly, set against an ornamental Peranakan-inspired scroll pattern engraved into the outer ring. The coloured Olympic rings appear in the lower field of the outer ring. |
