| 正面描述 | The Singapore state arms appear centrally in the field, depicting a lion and tiger supporting a shield, with a crescent moon and five stars above and a motto ribbon below. The national name surrounds the emblem in all four official languages — English at top, Malay and Tamil on the sides, and Chinese at bottom — reflecting Singapore's multilingual identity. The year of issue, 2015, is inscribed below the emblem. |

Singapore's lunar series has been running since 1967, making it one of the longest-running national lunar coin programs in the world. The 2015 Goat issue falls within the third full cycle, by which point the series had developed a substantial collector following across Southeast Asia and among the Chinese diaspora globally.
The Singapore Mint struck these in limited proof quantities, with distribution weighted heavily toward the domestic market and overseas Chinese New Year gift-giving.
