| Obverse description | The Fijian coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield bearing sugar cane, a coconut palm, a dove with an olive branch, and a bunch of bananas. The shield is surmounted by a passant lion holding a cocoa pod, and above the whole is a traditional Fijian outrigger canoe. The supporters on either side are Fijian warriors in traditional dress.
