| 备注 |
The MAS 2 Dollar portrait series has remained in continuous issue since 1999, with the 2005 date representing one of several signature and printing variations within the same basic design run. Singapore's decision to retain paper for this denomination while migrating higher values to polymer was deliberate — the 2 Dollar note circulates at high enough volume that the cost differential still favored paper at the time of issue.
P#45A is distinguished from closely related varieties primarily by the MAS board signature combination, which collectors frequently misattribute without checking the fine print.
