| Reverse description | A vividly colored Chinese dragon rendered in shades of green and blue, its sinuous body coiling across the mirrored field, with one claw resting upon a luminous pearl at the lower centre. Behind the dragon rises a large silver Chinese character for dragon (龍) in high relief against the polished background. The curved legend YEAR OF THE DRAGON arcs along the upper border, with the fineness designation .999 SILVER 1/2oz inscribed to the left field, and the date 2012 in the lower exergue. A continuous beaded border encircles the design. |
