In the upper portion of the field, a Bell OH-13 Sioux helicopter hovers above a military compound featuring a water tower at right. In the lower foreground, soldiers are shown carrying a wounded comrade on a stretcher toward the waiting aircraft, evoking the urgency of battlefield medical evacuation. To the left, an inset silvered roundel bears the inscription 50 YEARS, and at the lower center of the field a red Swarovski crystal is set into the coin.
