Josef Kadraba was a Czech cyclist who won the amateur road race at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics — one of the few gold medals taken by Czechoslovakia at those Games. Niue's bullion and collector licensing program, run largely through the Czech and Slovak numismatic trade, has produced dozens of such commemoratives honoring Central European sporting figures largely unknown outside the region.
