The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank serves eight island territories — Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines — all sharing a single currency, the Eastern Caribbean dollar, pegged to the USD at 2.70 since 1976. Collector issues like this one are a meaningful revenue stream for smaller member states with limited export economies.
