| Obverse description | The sixth and final definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, as modelled by Jody Clark, occupies the centre of the obverse field, depicting the Queen in right-facing profile wearing the George IV State Diadem crown and a pearl necklace with drop pendant. The portrait is rendered in fine relief with careful attention to the details of the crown's floral and foliate ornaments and the Queen's curled hair. The circumscribed legend reads 'ELIZABETH II · AUSTRALIA' arcing from lower left to upper right, with the date '2021' positioned to the right of the effigy.
