| Obverse description | The fourth portrait effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, modelled by Ian Rank-Broadley, is depicted in right-facing profile at the centre of the obverse, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. The engraver's initials IRB appear below the truncation of the bust.
