| Obverse description | The obverse features a central uncoloured medallion set against a vivid full-colour depiction of the exterior rind of a watermelon, rendered in deep greens and gold tones radiating from the centre. Within the central medallion, the crowned Public Seal of Niue is displayed, showing a native plant motif encircled by an ornamental border and surmounted by a royal crown. The legend TWO DOLLARS arcs across the upper portion of the central medallion, while the inscription 1 OZ 9999 FINE SILVER and the date 2026 appear along the lower arc.
