Obverse description The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicted as a heraldic cartouche surmounted by a royal crown. The seal features a stylized native plant motif within a circular border of traditional geometric ornamentation, flanked by a decorative wreath of leaf-shaped elements and supported by two crossed traditional spears below. A ribbon scroll beneath the seal bears the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination 2 DOLLARS arcs along the upper rim and the date 2024 appears along the lower rim, both in bold raised lettering.

Reverse description A high-relief composition depicting ancient archaeological artifacts and monuments associated with the Neolithic sites of Svodín and Štúrovo in Slovakia and the Pedra Gentil dolmen of Catalonia. A megalithic dolmen structure dominates the upper field, rendered in deeply sculpted relief with massive capstones supported by upright orthostats. In the lower field, a double-handled anthropomorphic ceramic vessel is prominently displayed at center, flanked by fragmentary flint tools at left and a bearded stone idol head at right. The legend PEDRA GENTIL arcs along the upper border, with SVODÍN - ŠTÚROVO along the lower border, and the date 20 16 and country codes E SK positioned in the field.
