Beschrijving voorzijde The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicting a stylised flowering plant set within a circular ornamental border of zigzag patterning, flanked by two garlands of leaf motifs and surmounted by a Royal Crown. Beneath the seal, two crossed traditional Niuean paddles are rendered in high relief, with a scroll bearing the inscription ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination 2 DOLLARS arcs along the upper field, while the date 2023 appears in the lower field. The overall surface is given an antique patinated finish, enhancing the sculptural depth of the design.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse presents a richly detailed composition celebrating the ancient civilizations of the Aegean, featuring four iconic artefacts and monuments rendered in high relief with antique patination. At upper left appears a bull-headed rhyton, a ritual vessel associated with Minoan Crete; at upper right stands the famous faience statuette of the Minoan Serpent Goddess. The lower left depicts the monumental Lion Gate of Mycenae, while the lower right portrays the funerary golden Mask of Agamemnon discovered at Mycenae. Inscriptions in the field identify the cultural references and catalogue data.
