| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicting a stylised native plant within a circular decorative border of traditional Niuean motifs, enclosed by a wreath of interlaced rope-like ornamental bands set with diamond-shaped elements. Two crossed traditional spears appear below the seal. The entire device is surmounted by a royal crown.
