| Obverse description | The obverse features overlapping high-relief depictions of three historic American Silver Dollar coins, prominently displaying the flowing-hair Liberty busts in left-facing profile, each surrounded by a circle of thirteen stars and the legend LIBERTY. The dates 794 and 1794 appear in the lower field, referencing the Flowing Hair Dollar of 1794.
