Obverse description	The Public Seal of Niue occupies the upper central field, depicted as a crowned circular escutcheon enclosing a stylized floral motif, flanked by a wreath of olive branches and surmounted by a royal crown. Below the seal, two crossed native weapons appear on a ribbon bearing the legend ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The date 2023 is inscribed in the central field below the seal device, and the prominent stylized THE SMURFS™ logo appears in the lower portion of the field.
