Niue has operated one of the more prolific bullion and novelty licensing programs in the Pacific, leveraging its currency-issuing rights as a New Zealand associated state to sell collector coins worldwide — coins that will never circulate on the island's roughly 1,500-person population. The Harry Potter licensing arrangement with Warner Bros. has produced dozens of issues across multiple mints and metals since the early 2020s.
KM#7360 is one entry in that crowded series. Gold-plated .999 silver at one troy ounce is the workhorse format for this entire program.
