| Obverse description | Central field features the Public Seal of Niue, comprising a circular medallion bearing a stylized hukutu flower (hibiscus) design, encircled by a beaded border and a wreath of olive branches, surmounted by a royal crown. Two crossed whalebone clubs appear below the seal, representing traditional Niuean authority.
