| Obverse description | The obverse features the Public Seal of Niue at upper left within the central field, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by crossed ceremonial staffs, with the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE encircling the seal and the inscription ATUA / NIUE TUKULAGI below. To the right, an ornate vintage baby pram occupies the field, decorated with floral motifs and accompanied by balloons tied with a ribbon bow, evoking a celebratory birth theme.
