| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicting a crowned heraldic shield bearing a palm tree motif, encircled by a rope-like border and surmounted by a royal crown. Crossed spears appear beneath the shield, accompanied by a scroll bearing the legend ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The bold inscription NIUE ISLAND arches prominently below the seal in relief lettering.
