| 正面描述 | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, rendered in high relief within an elaborately layered decorative framework of concentric baroque foliate scrollwork. The seal itself features a crowned cartouche enclosing a stylised plant motif, below which crossed swords appear on a ribbon bearing the legend ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI, with the inscription NIUE ISLAND displayed prominently beneath in bold raised lettering. The legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arcs around the upper portion of the central device. Encircling the entire composition are multiple ornate registers densely populated with phoenixes in flight amid floral and scrolling acanthus motifs, all executed in antiqued high relief. The date 2024 appears at the top of the field and the denomination 2 DOLLARS is inscribed at the base. |
