| Obverse description | The obverse is struck in the form of a 3.5-inch floppy disk casing, rendered in high relief with gold plating faithfully replicating the characteristic rectangular housing, sliding metal shutter at the upper centre, write-protect notch at lower left, and corner detail elements. At centre, a raised circular medallion bears the Public Seal of Niue surmounted by a royal crown, flanked by decorative foliate sprigs and crossed implements, with the legends PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE and ATUA / NIUE TUKULAGI inscribed around and within the seal. Below the medallion, the denominating legend 2 DOLLARS / NIUE ISLAND / 2026 is incused in the field in bold upright capitals. |
