Reverse description The reverse presents a full-color reproduction of Vincent van Gogh's celebrated Post-Impressionist painting Café Terrace at Night (1888), applied by colorization technique across the entire square field. The composition depicts a brilliantly illuminated café terrace in Arles, France, with patrons seated beneath a golden awning, a white-aproned waiter in attendance, and a deep cobalt-blue starlit sky above the surrounding street and buildings. The vivid contrast of the warm yellow lamplight against the cool nocturnal blues and the characteristic impasto brushwork of van Gogh's style are faithfully rendered. The scene is framed in a simulated gilt picture-frame border, enhancing the presentation as a miniature artwork.
