Obverse description The obverse features the Public Seal of Niue at center, consisting of a circular medallion surmounted by a royal crown and encircled by a wreath of laurel branches, with two crossed spears below. The seal bears the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE along its upper arc and the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI on a scroll at the base. The denomination TWO DOLLARS is inscribed in an arc above the seal, while the date 2024 appears below it in the lower field. The fineness and licensing inscriptions 1 oz 999 Fine Silver and SUPERMAN TM & © DC (s24) are placed in the lower right of the field. The rectangular flan is styled to evoke a curling comic book page, with a halftone dot pattern decorating the background field.

Reverse description The reverse reproduces, in full color, the cover artwork of Action Comics No. 7 (December 1938), faithfully recreating the iconic vintage comic book design. The title ACTION COMICS is rendered in large bold red lettering across the upper portion, with a circular badge at upper left reading 64 PAGES OF THRILLS!. Superman is depicted in mid-flight above a cityscape, his red cape billowing behind him as he pursues a falling figure dressed in a green suit, with an urban street scene and vehicles visible far below. A diagonal banner in the lower right corner bears the legend SUPERMAN APPEARING IN THIS ISSUE AND IN EVERY ISSUE in bold lettering. The rectangular flan faithfully replicates the proportions and aesthetic of the original golden-age comic book cover.
