背面描述 Central design features a coloured clock face with Roman numerals I through XII, with clock hands indicating the time, set within a multicoloured printed disc evoking the patchwork imagery of the iconic Australian Women's Weekly Children's Birthday Cake Book. Surrounding the clock, a circular border of raised birthday cake and toy motifs — including trains, cars, and other confectionery-inspired decorations — references the beloved 'Hickory Dickory Dock' themed cake from the publication. The legend 'THE AUSTRALIAN WOMEN'S WEEKLY' curves along the upper periphery, while 'CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY CAKE BOOK' is inscribed along the lower periphery, each separated by raised dots.

附加信息

The "Hickory Dickory Watch" issue is part of the Royal Australian Mint's ongoing coloured circulating commemorative program, which has periodically inserted themed two-dollar pieces into general circulation since the late 2010s. Charles III's first portrait — sculpted by King's official effigy artist Sacha Jafri — appears here for one of its earliest Australian decimal applications following the transition from the Elizabeth II obverse that had run uninterrupted since 1966.

Aluminium bronze of this specific alloy has been the standard two-dollar composition since the coin's introduction in 1988, chosen partly for its resistance to the tropical humidity conditions of northern Australian circulation.
