| 备注 |
Rhodesia's decision to establish its own security printing operation — Rhodesian Security Printing in Salisbury — was a direct consequence of UDI in 1965 and the sanctions regime that followed. Previously, Rhodesian notes had been produced offshore; printing domestically gave the Smith government both practical independence and a degree of deniability about the note's origins, which is why no printer's imprint appears on this series.
Three signature combinations exist across the issue's four-year span: Bruce signed for 1976, then Krogh — who had moved from South Africa to take the governorship — signed both the 1977 and 1979 dates. The 1979 examples are of particular interest, as Zimbabwe Rhodesia was proclaimed in June that year and the currency's days were already numbered by the time those notes entered circulation.
