| Obverse description | Central field bears the ruler's name and title in multi-line Arabic and Persian calligraphic script, arranged in horizontal registers across the coin's face. A decorative foliate or interlaced border frames the central inscription field. The mint name Hamadan appears below the central legend, while the AH regnal date is distributed around the outer margin. The script is rendered in a characteristic Ilkhanid angular style typical of western Persian mint production of the mid-14th century. |

| Reverse description | Central field contains a multi-line Arabic religious inscription, likely the Shahada or a Quranic formula, arranged in horizontal registers within the coin's field. The outer margin carries additional inscriptions, possibly including the names of the Four Caliphs or mint and date information complementary to the obverse. A beaded or rope-pattern border encircles the marginal legend. The hammered flan produces a characteristic irregular edge with slight die-shift evident on this example. |
