| Obverse description | Central field bearing the Kalima (Islamic declaration of faith) in Arabic script, arranged in multiple lines, with the mint name incorporated into the inscription. The central device is encircled by the names of the four Rashidun caliphs (Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali) distributed around the periphery within a dotted or linear border circle. The overall layout follows the standard Ilkhanid epigraphic style, with angular Kufic or Naskh lettering filling the field. No figural imagery is present, in accordance with Islamic artistic convention. |
