| 背面描述 | Central field displays the royal titles and regnal name of the issuing sovereign, Shah Shuja, together with the mint name Kerman, arranged within a quadrilobe cartouche inscribed within a beaded circular border. The marginal legend, running around the outer field, records the year of issue spelled out in full Arabic words. A grenetis borders the outer edge of the design. The composition follows the standard Muzaffarid administrative coinage format for provincial silver issues. |

Shah Shuja ruled the Muzaffarid dynasty from 1358 to 1384, making a 1341 dating here almost certainly a hijri year — 741 AH corresponds to 1340–1341 CE, placing this coin in the reign of his predecessor and father, Mubariz ud-Din Muhammad, the dynasty's founder. The Muzaffarids controlled much of Persia following the collapse of the Ilkhanate, and their silver coinage reflects that transitional monetary vacuum.
Shah Shuja eventually imprisoned his own father in 1358 to seize power.
