| Obverse description | Central device depicts a stylized olive tree with a broad, full canopy set within a raised circular border. Flanking the lower field are two olive branches in relief, one to each side, lending a decorative frame to the composition. The Arabic legend الجمهورية التونسية (Republic of Tunisia) curves along the upper periphery inside the tridecagonal border. The dual date 2013-1434, presenting both the Gregorian and Hijri years, appears in the exergue below the tree. |
