Obverse description The second coat of arms of the Republic of Serbia is depicted centrally in the field, featuring a crowned double-headed eagle displayed on a shield, with the Nemanjić cross and four firesteels (ocila) on the inescutcheon. The shield is supported by two crowned figures draped in ermine-lined mantles, and surmounted by a large royal crown. A bilingual circular legend surrounds the design, reading in Cyrillic at left and Latin script at right, with the monogram of the National Bank of Serbia (НБС·NBS) positioned along the lower arc.
