Reverse description Crowned quartered royal arms of Philip II, borne upon a Burgundian cross with fire steels flanking the shield on either side. The jewel of the Order of the Golden Fleece hangs from the base of the shield within a beaded inner circle. The broad border surrounding the central composition displays the heraldic coats of arms of the Seventeen Provinces of the Habsburg Netherlands, arranged in sequence around the circumference, giving the piece its characteristic pronkdaalder display character.
