Description de l’avers	Light blue and black note with a central guilloche vignette bearing the large numeral '2' and the denomination text 'DOS COLONES' in bold letterpress. To the right, an allegorical female figure in classical robes stands beside a shield and fasces. Description du revers	Dark olive-green and black note dominated by an elaborate guilloche border and ornamental scrollwork framing. A large central medallion encloses the bold numeral '2', flanked symmetrically by two additional large '2' numerals at left and right within foliate cartouches. The bank title 'BANCO INTERNACIONAL DE COSTA RICA' is inscribed across the top, with 'CAJA DE CONVERSION' along the bottom, and the printer's imprint of the American Bank Note Company at the foot.
