| Opis awersu | The face carries two oval vignettes side by side, each enclosing a view of a traditional Chinese city gate with arched entryway, crenellated walls, and a multi-tiered gatehouse tower; small human figures appear at the base of each gate. A central decorative cartouche with phoenix-like imagery separates the two vignettes, and the denomination character 貳 appears in floral corner medallions at all four corners. The serial number is printed in red above the vignettes, flanking the issuer's name in Chinese characters across the top. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse is entirely text-based, printed within a simple ruled border with star ornaments at the corners. The text, arranged in vertical columns in the Chinese manner, sets out ten articles of Soviet economic policy covering matters such as nationalization of railways and mines, regulation of foreign enterprises, freedom of trade, prohibition of usurious financial practices, development of cooperatives, tax reform, and improvement of urban living conditions for the poor. |
