正面描述	The obverse features decorative motifs inspired by Chimú culture arranged symmetrically around a central circular hole. The legend REPUBLICA PERUANA arcs along the upper periphery, while the date 1947 appears at the bottom of the coin. The design elements flank the hole on either side, rendered in low relief against a flat field. The overall composition reflects the indigenous artistic heritage incorporated into Peruvian coinage design of the mid-twentieth century.
