| Reverse description | A large imperial crown, rendered in bold relief, occupies the central field of the reverse. The crown is depicted frontally with fleurons and arched detailing, consistent with the Habsburgimperial style as used on Neapolitan coinage of Charles V. A circular Latin legend surrounds the central device, reading REX ARAGONI VTRIVR SIC, proclaiming Charles as King of Aragon and of both Sicilies. The legend is separated by pellet stops, and the flan, as typical of hammered copper issues, is slightly uneven. |
