| Reverse description | The reverse displays a central square perforation enclosed by a raised inner square rim. A single Chinese ideogram appears above the hole and one below, together forming a reign-year notation in Regular script. The field between the inner square rim and the outer circular rim is plain and unadorned. The raised outer rim is clearly defined. The surface exhibits the same aged bronze patina visible on the obverse, with areas of green cuprite encrustation. |
