2 Baisa - Said

Beschrijving voorzijde	The national arms of Muscat and Oman occupy the centre of the field, depicting two crossed khanjar daggers over two crossed swords, rendered in fine relief. A circular Arabic legend surrounds the central device, reading the full royal title of Sultan Said bin Taimur. The legend is contained within a decorative beaded border that runs along the coin's rim. The design is executed in a clean, low-relief style typical of mid-20th century colonial-era coinage.
