Obverse description Uniformed bust of King Maha Vajiralongkorn (Rama X) facing left, wearing a decorated military-style collar with elaborate embroidery. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detail. The Thai legend reading 'มหาวชิราลงกรณ' arcs along the left field and 'รัชกาลที่ ๑๐' along the right field. A beaded border encircles the entire design.

Reverse description Central device comprising the royal crowned cypher 'วปร' (Vajiralongkorn Por Ror) in ornate Thai calligraphic script surmounted by a tiered royal crown with radiating rays above. The legend 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand) arcs along the upper left field and the Buddhist Era date 'พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑' along the upper right. The denomination '๒ บาท 2' appears in both Thai and Arabic numerals at the base of the design. A beaded border encircles the entire reverse.
