| Obverse description | Issued on cream-coloured silk fabric with a pink border frame, the obverse carries a central circular vignette surrounded by Arabic-script text panels arranged in a symmetrical layout. A domed arch motif occupies the upper centre, flanked by smaller seal-like roundels bearing Arabic inscriptions in the corners and along the margins.
