Reverse description The Spanish coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring the quartered shield displaying the castles of Castile, lions of León, vertical pallets of Aragon, and the chains of Navarre, with Granada in the base. The shield is flanked by the Pillars of Hercules rising from stylized waves, each surmounted by a crown, and connected by a scroll bearing the motto 'PLUS ULTRA'. An eagle displayed crowns the shield above. The legend 'ESPAÑA' appears to the left and the date '1944' to the right, with 'UNA GRANDE LIBRE' inscribed on the scroll between the pillars. A beaded border encircles the design.
