A vertical left panel bears the heraldic arms of Eschweiler above those of Stolberg, flanked by the denomination numerals '2 000 000'. The main field carries the issuing authority legends 'Stadt Eschweiler' and 'Stadt Stolberg' at the top, the series designation 'Gutschein Reihe C' with a handwritten serial number, and the large face value '2 Millionen Mark' in bold Gothic script. Below, a text block states the conditions of acceptance and the date 'Eschweiler und Stolberg, den 14. August 1923', followed by two official circular seals and two manuscript signatures under the legend 'Die Bürgermeister'; the printer's imprint 'Druck von Joseph Dostall, Eschweiler' appears at the foot. |

| Description du revers | Printed entirely in dark blue and green on plain paper, the reverse is dominated by a dense guilloche underprint filling the central rectangle. The large denomination '2000000' is printed in green numerals at centre, framed above and below by the Gothic-script legend 'Zwei Millionen Mark' in dark blue. Corner cartouches carry '2 Millionen' in alternating upright and inverted orientation, and two horizontal banderoles at top and bottom bear the joint issuer designation 'Eschweiler – Stolberg'. The whole composition is enclosed within a dashed-rule border. |
