| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is printed in green and reddish-brown on a salmon-pink underprint, centred on a large stylised map of Yugoslavia overlaid with two bold diagonal bands in contrasting tones, evoking a chevron or 'V' motif. Guilloche rosettes appear at lower left and upper right corners, with the denomination repeated in figures at multiple positions. The date 'VII 1989' is printed at upper right, and the serial number appears in red at centre. |

| Opmerkingen |
Yugoslavia's hyperinflation accelerated so rapidly through 1989 that this 2,000,000 dinar note was itself obsolete within months of issue — not withdrawn, simply outpaced. The country had already printed a 500,000 dinar note the same year, and within two years Ante Marković's failed monetary reform and the political dissolution of the federation would render the entire currency worthless. ZIN in Belgrade printed the series domestically, which by this point meant the press was struggling to keep denominations meaningful as the National Bank issued progressively larger figures in rapid succession.
